This wedding was one of the funnest weddings I've been too since before the big C. Everyone was there for a great time, it was colourful, bright and perfectly reflected the couple's big personalities.

Taylah Turner Makeup was the face painter for the day, her calm energy is exactly what you want first thing in the morning, the girls all looked stunning - so much so that I used Taylah for my recent wedding! The accomodation Amanda chose for getting ready was perfect - with beautiful big windows and electic furniture, it had so much character and so much natural light.

Ashley from the Hunter Valley Celebrant started off the festivities with a beautiful ceremony telling everyone their story and setting the scene for a great time. For the bridal portraits we went down the indisutrial side of Carrington for 30 mins and had so much fun taking photos. We then went to the bride and grooms local pub and all had a cocktail. Not without a few stares - but it was the perfect example of doing things your way.

Earp Distilling Co has an amazing function room - the food was incredible, the drinks were flowing and Amanda had decorated it perfectly with disco balls and handmade tassells. They kicked off with loads of games for the guests which got everyone involved and got people talking to each other. It was great.

We were going to sneak out for sunset photos but the weather wasnt great so the couple just danced the night away instead.

Such a great wedding.
